Since joining the team at Mansour Lawyers, Rachael has worked in a range of matters within the practice areas of commercial litigation, corporate restructure and insolvency.

 

She is regularly involved in complex legal disputes heard in the Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates’ Court, VCAT and the Fair Work Commission, and has instructed counsel from their initial engagement through to their appearance at court, as well as guided and facilitated clients throughout the mediation process.
